Join Hope Network as a Program Nurse RN to play a crucial role in enhancing the health care of residents. You'll coordinate medication administration, educate staff, and monitor health conditions, ensuring compliance and quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide education to direct care staff and residents in relevant healthcare areas
Guide in medication administration and evaluation of individual medications
Monitor and treat chronic and emergency medical conditions
Develop healthcare goals in collaboration with Case Holder
Act as a consultant on medical and health-related issues
Assess resident health needs through admissions and annual assessments
Document medical treatment and health status in resident records
Communicate medical issues with affiliated providers and management
Provide leadership and support to staff
Ensure medical compliance with regulatory bodies
Attend medication review meetings
Required Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
Valid driver’s license according to Hope Network policy
Positive attitude and communication skills
Experience in providing medical treatment services within specialized rehabilitation setting
Preferred Qualifications
Prior mental health experience
