Job Description
Join Quill as a Sales Account Manager, where you'll drive revenue growth in Philadelphia by building strategic customer relationships and utilizing your sales expertise. Collaborate within a dynamic team to exceed goals while enjoying a culture that values inclusivity and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
Build territory penetration strategy
Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team members
Schedule and meet with prospective customers
Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
Create and present custom pricing solutions
Leverage education contracts for customer acquisition
Ensure smooth transition to account management team
Meet and exceed quotas and key metrics
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Seek ways to improve through coaching
Positively impact company culture
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
