Unit Specifics:

· Number of Beds :26

· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Charge nurse, unit secretary on days, 2 PCTs

· Type of equipment : Alaris IV pumps

· Documentation system: Meditech

· Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend

· Floating policy: may float to other Medsurg units

· Patient Experience requirements: Hourly purposeful rounds, AIDET, mandatory bedside shift report

Hospital Specifics-

· Certifications: BLS, ACLS

Must have: Positive attitude, be able to work well with others, good time management skills, ability to communicate effectively.
