Key Responsibilities
Assists with admission and discharge processes
Participates in the ongoing assessment of patient care quality
Collaborates with management to create a supportive team environment
Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery
Implements nursing strategies to improve engagement
Recommends and implements staff training and development
Manages staff scheduling and labor in accordance with patient care needs
Assists with inventory control and management of supplies
Required Qualifications
Advanced Cardiac Life Support
Basic Cardiac Life Support
Registered Nurse
ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate (to be obtained within 60 days of employment)
Associate or Bachelor's Degree
1+ years of applicable experience
