What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver goal-driven interventions to improve daily function and independence
• Educate patients and families on safety and home programs
• Work closely with a collaborative rehab team
• Document patient progress in a timely and accurate manner

What We’re Looking For:

• Active South Carolina OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous SNF or rehab experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• A positive, patient-centered approach
