About the Role:Amergis is seeking experienced Emergency Room RNs to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department. This role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid response capabilities, and the ability to manage a wide range of acute patient conditions. Candidates must be comfortable working overnight shifts and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and discharge planning
- Document care plans, interventions, and outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility protocols and HIPAA standards
- Provide a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for patients
Qualifications:- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum 2 years of emergency room experience required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
- Must be 18+ years old
