Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operation of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Schedule the Cleaning Department and assignments
Perform carpentry and painting
Ensure tools and equipment are in working order
Conduct inventories and complete paperwork
Participate in fire prevention and safety programs
Operate motor vehicle when necessary
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory position
Experience with machinery & metalworking
General knowledge of building trades equipment
Ability to plow snow
Valid driver’s license
