Key Responsibilities

  • Establish trusting relationships with patients and families

  • Facilitate communication between providers and patients

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Must not have prior professional or volunteer experience in healthcare/community health work
  • Ability to pass a national criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
