Reinforce Border Foods CORE values
Operation of the entire restaurant
Build a strong team to provide excellent customer service
Create safe and supportive environments for employees and guests
Monitor the performance of team members
Ensure health and safety standards are met
Handle customer complaints and issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience
Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
ServeSafe Certified
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance
High school diploma or equivalent
