Warehouse Supervisor (IMMEDIATE HIRING)

The Warehouse Operations Lead has general responsibility to assist in coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities on a daily basis. Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for directing work assignments in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives. 00 per hour Shift: First Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Work closely with shift leadership to accomplish shift goals -Oversees and coordinates warehouse processes such as receiving, put away, picking, and loading of products. -Provide daily hands-on support in Material Handling and Forklift responsibilities -Drives compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives -Ensures efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment -Ensures the warehouse is clean and orderly; including but not limited to organizing and rotating inventory, maintaining product labels, sweeping warehouse, and assist in staging orders for delivery Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. -Experience with Warehouse Management System -Computer applications using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint). -Good visual acuity to inspect shipments. -Ability to input data on the computer to create a daily inventory report. -Accuracy in recordkeeping and in sorting, checking, counting, and verifying items received. -Strong time management, organizational, planning and self-motivation skills. -Walking in the Distribution Center and around the area with great frequency, facilities are over a quarter mile in length. -Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations. -Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Retirement Plans: Life, accident, and disability products available for employee and dependents Eclipse Advantage is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, reproductive health decision-making, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
