The NAMR Commercial Manager at BCG will drive the commercial agenda by partnering with leadership and managing the commercial team infrastructure. This dynamic role involves strategic deal support, training, and the evolution of best practices, all while fostering collaboration across teams to enhance revenue management.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Commercial Directors on deal support
Assist with management of client rate card portfolio
Deliver trainings and tools for client account teams
Evolve commercial best practices and decision-making tools
Analyze competitive intelligence
Collaborate with revenue management, finance, and legal teams
Create dashboards and content management tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of relevant professional services experience
Experience working with senior stakeholders
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA, JD, or PhD)
Experience in law, procurement, structured finance, private equity, corporate development, management consulting, or investment banking
Experience in multinational environments
