Zen Educate is seeking Teacher Aides to support K–12 special education students. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, assist with individualized education plans, and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis
Utilize varied learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Past work experience in a school setting with children with special needs
