Key Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager
Assist in achieving sales growth through maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness
Interview and hire qualified staff
Schedule sufficient staff and manage labor costs
Train and develop crew under Senior/General Manager's direction
Maintain inventory and reports based on company standards
Ensure adherence to cash procedures
Exhibit BNE's Vision and Values in all actions
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
2 years of management experience
Available to work all shifts and weekends
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Valid Driver's License
Strong conflict-resolution skills
