Key Responsibilities
Coordinate services for rural anticoagulation clinics
Assess new patients for clinic acceptance
Educate patients on anticoagulation
Document INR, progress notes, and other relevant data
Assist patient accounting in billing for services
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in nursing
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification
Critical thinking skills
Decisive judgment
Ability to work with minimal supervision
