Key Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager
Achieve sales growth while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Interview and hire qualified staff
Schedule staff and manage labor costs
Train and develop crew members
Conduct crew and management team meetings
Maintain adequate supply of products and control inventory
Maintain reports and records
Ensure adherence to cash procedures

Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
2 years of management experience
Available to work all shifts and weekends
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Valid Driver's License
