Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate numerically controlled drilling machines
Load and secure work-holding devices and components
Inspect setups and finished parts for compliance with quality standards
Select and install various hand and power tools
Utilize precision measuring instruments for work assignments
Perform rework to meet quality standards
Interpret blueprints and technical documents
Contact for machine maintenance and repairs
Initiate corrective action requests for machine malfunctions
Facilitate workflow and communication with shop personnel
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience with various types of hand held power tools
Capable of lifting, pushing and pulling up to 35lbs
Ability to stand and move to handle products for extended periods
1+ years of experience with power-feed drilling, hand drilling, drill equipment
1+ years of experience operating 3 axis NC/CNC machine tools
Experience with Siemens, Fanuc, or Mazatrol controllers
1+ years of experience reading engineering drawings and blueprints
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Preferred Qualifications
High school graduate or GED preferred
