Job Description
Join XPO as a Senior Human Resources Generalist where you'll play a crucial role in guiding policies and compliance, enhancing employee engagement, and managing performance across teams. This position offers a dynamic environment focused on growth and positive results.
Key Responsibilities
Provide counsel and guidance regarding policies, procedures and compliance requirements
Assist with performance management and disciplinary action
Manage employee relations and ethics issues
Coach leaders through performance management processes
Provide training to support learning and development
Establish relationships for staffing and workforce planning
Energize employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
2 years of HR experience, including compensation, HRIS administration, HR management and employee relations
At least 1 year of professional recruitment experience
Experience working in HRIS and time/attendance systems
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrate expertise in advanced internet searching, researching candidates
Professional HR certification
Experience in working in manufacturing/warehouse facilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
