As the Manager of the 340B Drug Program, you will oversee and enhance the 340B pharmacy department's operations, ensuring compliance and maximizing benefits. This leadership role involves collaboration with multiple departments and continuous evaluation for process improvement, all while contributing to the community's healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the 340B program and set policy
Evaluate and implement new programs
Support internal and external auditors
Act as liaison to senior leadership
Analyze utilization of the 340B program and existing software
Coordinate with supporting departments for accurate processes
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws
Supervise day-to-day operations of the 340B pharmacy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college
Licensed as a Pharmacist by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA) within 6 months of hire
1 to 3 years of 340B and hospital pharmacy experience
Preferred Qualifications
Post-graduate degree in pharmacy, health, or business administration
Advanced Certification 340B (ACE) operations training program within 6 months of hire
