Job Description
Join Rushford as a Clinician, where you will deliver evidence-based clinical services and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments and establish care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care coordination
Provide direct patient care including counseling and crisis intervention
Maintain timely patient-centered documentation
Participate in administrative and development activities
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
Previous experience in a healthcare setting
LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, or CADC
Valid Driver's License
Computer proficient
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to assess problems and determine solutions
Experience with patient-centered documentation
Cultural competence and awareness of health disparities
