Job Description
Join Crash Champions as an Auto Body Technician and be part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing collision repair service. You will perform quality repairs, communicate effectively with colleagues, and guide apprentices, all while contributing to a people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
Examine damaged vehicle and plan repair process
Communicate vehicle repair status
Perform quality repairs on time
Decide on repair vs. replace based on safety and cost
Remove upholstery and accessories for access to vehicle
Participate in safety meetings
File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces
Direct apprentice work when needed
Required Qualifications
Ability to use frame machine
Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer
Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data
Ability to supervise repair personnel
Must be able to pass thorough background check
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in body repair preferred
I-CAR welding certified
