Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage capital improvement projects through all phases
Coordinate between design consultants, contractors, and key users
Develop and monitor project budgets and timelines
Ensure project compliance with regulations and hospital policies
Manage selection and oversight of consultants, architects, and contractors
Implement quality control measures for project compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in health care
Experience in project administration including capital budgeting, establishing cost tracking controls, scheduling, monitoring progress and reporting status
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Certification (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or equivalent
