Job Description
Join XPO as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where you'll provide strategic guidance on HR policies, enhance employee engagement, and manage performance initiatives. With a focus on compliance and employee relations, you will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel and guide operations team on policies, procedures and regulatory compliance
Assist functional department teams with performance management
Manage employee relations and ethics issues
Coach leaders through performance management processes
Establish relationships with functional department teams for staffing and strategic workforce planning
Energize employee engagement and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
2 years of HR experience, including compensation, HRIS administration, HR management and employee relations
At least 1 year of professional recruitment experience
Experience working in HRIS and time/attendance systems
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in advanced internet searching and researching candidates
Professional HR certification
Experience in manufacturing/warehouse facilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
