Key Responsibilities
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot elevators and chairlifts
Monitor construction and installation of new and replacement elevators and chairlifts
Provide technical guidance and training to less skilled employees
Ensure optimal performance of elevators and chairlifts
Respond to work orders and troubleshoot issues
Replace faulty or defective elevators and chairlifts
Prepare and maintain records and reports
Adhere to safety procedures and regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ten years of experience in elevator and chairlift installation and repair
Extensive knowledge in servicing elevators and chairlifts
Considerable knowledge of OSHA standards
Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance and repairs on elevators and chairlifts
