About the Role  

We are seeking a dedicated Ultrasound Technologist with strong OB/GYN experience to join the Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic located at the Battle Building in Charlottesville, VA. This 13-week travel assignment offers a weekday schedule with no weekends and the opportunity to support high-risk obstetric imaging in a collaborative clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed anatomy scans and high-risk OB/GYN ultrasounds
• Collaborate with maternal fetal medicine specialists to support prenatal diagnosis and care
• Float to a secondary clinic in Ivy, VA (approximately six miles away) as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to departmental protocols
• Participate in quality assurance and complete required checklists

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year ultrasound experience with a hard requirement for OB/GYN expertise
• Certification: BLS and either ARDMS OB/GYN or CCI
• Proficiency in detailed fetal anatomy scanning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to float between clinic locations

Additional Details

• Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30
• Closed on major holidays; open half-day on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
• Up to 40 hours of time off may be approved with manager review prior to offer
