Key Responsibilities
Provide life-cycle services to advance mission support in Cybersecurity and SIGINT collection
Modernize and sustain capabilities for Front End Solutions systems
Manage system requirements and derived requirements
Contribute to systems engineering documentation development
Coordinate resolution of action items from various meetings
Required Qualifications
Current DoD Top Secret SCI with Polygraph
High School Diploma or GED plus 20 years of general systems engineering experience OR
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline plus 14 years of systems engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Circuit Switched and Mobile Telephony signaling types
Knowledge of communications protocols (e.g., GSM, CDMA, 5G)
Application Development for ipv4 and ipv6 packet switched networks
Familiarity with digital forensics tools such as Wireshark
Deep knowledge of the OSI network stack and protocols across layers 2-7
