Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Collaborate with other Executive Assistants for critical company processes
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation
Support the CEO in all daily duties and build effective processes
Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives
Track progress on various projects
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives
Coordinate and facilitate meetings
Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries
Plan and coordinate company events and executive off-sites
Required Qualifications
8+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
3+ years supporting at the Founder / CEO level
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, time-management, and prioritization skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong team-player attitude
Expert with G-Suite
High degree of discretion and integrity
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Google Suite, Slack, DocuSign, and Adobe Sign
