Job Description

Join Brex as a Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO, where you'll provide high-level administrative support, manage the CEO’s calendar, and enhance operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants for critical company processes
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation
  • Support the CEO in all daily duties and build effective processes
  • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Track progress on various projects
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries
  • Plan and coordinate company events and executive off-sites

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years supporting at the Founder / CEO level
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team-player attitude
  • Expert with G-Suite
  • High degree of discretion and integrity
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Suite, Slack, DocuSign, and Adobe Sign
  • Undergraduate degree
