Talent4Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a local contract nursing job in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to telemetry and cardiac patients, including post-cath care.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, monitor IVs, and assist with cardiac procedures as required.
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EPIC.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Float between Med/Surg Telemetry units based on hospital needs.
• Work every other weekend as scheduled.

Required Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience 2+ years of recent cardiac care experience, including care of post-cardiac catheterization patients Prior experience with EPIC EMR
