Job Description

Trufood Manufacturing is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead Total Rewards strategy. This role involves developing compensation structures, managing benefits programs, and ensuring compliance while fostering employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies
  • Design and manage competitive compensation structures
  • Evaluate benefits strategy options
  • Educate employees on total rewards offerings
  • Oversee administration and compliance of employee benefits programs
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
  • Conduct regular market analyses for competitive compensation practices
  • Support employees with orientation, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Lead Leave of Absence process ensuring compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, focusing on total rewards, benefits, and compensation
  • Proven experience managing HRIS systems and payroll processes
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of HR management principles and practices
  • High degree of emotional intelligence
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PHR certification
