Job Description
Join Biolife Plasma Services as a Medical Historian/Phlebotomist, where you'll play a vital role in collecting life-changing plasma. You'll ensure donor safety and satisfaction while contributing to operational improvements within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors
Screen new and repeat donors
Take and record donor vital signs
Use Donor Information System and maintain accurate records
Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach
Fine motor coordination and depth perception
Preferred Qualifications
1 or more years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role
