The Residence Manager oversees the smooth operation of a residential program for adults with developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential program
Provide training and supervision to staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Schedule activities and trips for residents
Maintain communication with families
Participate in recruitment and performance evaluations
Manage staff scheduling and on-call responsibilities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Human Services
3 years working with the IDD Population
6 years of supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Orthodox Jewish Practices
