Job Description

Join ECHN as a Crisis Worker in Emergency Services, where you'll provide vital behavioral health interventions to patients in need. Your expertise will help shape patient care and improve community health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect clinical services to patients in emergency departments
  • Conduct crisis triage and assessment
  • Engage in individual and family intervention and case management
  • Collaborate with community resources and treatment planning
  • Participate in individual clinical supervision and case discussions

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health field
  • Licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent
  • Certification in PMT de-escalation techniques within 6 months

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of abuse and neglect reporting mandates
  • Experience with Managed Care Organizations
  • Flexibility in approach to service needs
