Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect clinical services to patients in emergency departments
Conduct crisis triage and assessment
Engage in individual and family intervention and case management
Collaborate with community resources and treatment planning
Participate in individual clinical supervision and case discussions
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health field
Licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent
Certification in PMT de-escalation techniques within 6 months
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of abuse and neglect reporting mandates
Experience with Managed Care Organizations
Flexibility in approach to service needs
