Job Description

As an Account Manager at Comcast, you will provide strategic account management and sales leadership for mid-market customers. Your role involves developing account strategies, identifying revenue opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction, all while driving results in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Renew customer contracts
  • Maintain regular account contact
  • Deliver proposed solutions for customer needs
  • Manage customer satisfaction and escalate issues
  • Cultivate and deliver sales to local and regional accounts
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop account management plans
  • Position and sell services to C-level and executive personnel

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong sales and direct selling skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in business account management
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
