Job Description
As an Account Manager at Comcast, you will provide strategic account management and sales leadership for mid-market customers. Your role involves developing account strategies, identifying revenue opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction, all while driving results in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
Renew customer contracts
Maintain regular account contact
Deliver proposed solutions for customer needs
Manage customer satisfaction and escalate issues
Cultivate and deliver sales to local and regional accounts
Collaborate with leadership to develop account management plans
Position and sell services to C-level and executive personnel
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5-7 years of relevant work experience
Strong sales and direct selling skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in business account management
Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
