Job Description
Join KinderCare Education as a Site Director to inspire children and teachers alike, leading a dedicated team to create engaging classroom experiences. You will ensure educational excellence while fostering positive relationships with families and the community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure site operates effectively and maintains licensing and safety standards
Partner with parents for the best care and education
Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
Love for children and a strong desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Meet state specific guidelines for the role
Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Read, write, understand, and speak English
