Job Description

Join Teleperformance as a Client Service Associate and become an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. You'll receive paid training to become a Licensed Insurance Agent while resolving complex consumer issues and providing support to policyholders in a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues.
  • Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns.
  • Provide support to policy holders with any policy changes requested.
  • Support policy holders needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months customer service experience minimum
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer system
  • Proven oral & written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months Call Center experience
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
