A Podiatric Medicine Physician provides specialized foot and ankle care primarily in post-acute care settings such as skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and long-term care hospitals. They conduct comprehensive evaluations, deliver bedside treatments, and collaborate closely with patients, families, and facility staff to improve patient outcomes. This role involves daily rounds at multiple facilities within a designated area, ensuring clinical autonomy and supportive work environment.

Lumina HealthCare has an exciting opportunity for a Full or Part-Time Podiatrist (1-5 days/week ) to work in the Fresno, CA area. Qualified candidates will round at multiple facilities that are located within a designated territory. We are currently seeking Podiatrists (DPM) to join our progressive medical practice.

Our experienced Podiatrists perform rounds in Skilled Nursing Facilities, providing services to residents of post-acute rehab settings, nursing homes, PACE programs, assisted living facilities, and long-term acute care hospitals.

Qualifications:

• DPM
• State professional license
• Valid state driver s license

Duties:

• Weekday commitment: No call, evenings, or weekends
• Deliver podiatry at the bedside in post-acute care setting as well as chairside in the adult day habilitation setting.
• Round daily at multiple facilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and regular podiatry care
• Ability to build a good rapport with patients, patient's families, facility staff, and company staff
• Provide excellent bedside communication to enhance the patient experience
