Key Responsibilities
Oversee branch operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and facility management
Manage the sales performance of the banking center staff
Conduct coaching sessions and oversee staff development
Resolve escalated customer matters
Perform Personal Banker duties as necessary
Establish and enhance the bank's presence in the local community
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail banking experience
Previous retail banking and managerial experience
Previous business development experience
Experience working with small business customers
Preferred Qualifications
NMLS certification (may be required)
