Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation
Manage tax calculations and product/software inquiries
Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using commercial tax preparation software
