Wiring Assembler - 1st Shift (Aurora, OH)

Contract-to-Hire | $19-$21/hr Based on Experience | Full Benefits Upon Hire

Hours & Location

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Location: Aurora, OH

Pay & Benefits

  • Pay Raise: $1/hr increase upon permanent hire
  • Boot Reimbursement: Up to $100/year for steel-toed boots

Job Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and diagrams
  • Pull, measure, and prep wires for electrical sub-assemblies
  • Crimp and heat-shrink connections; perform final inspections
  • Document work and follow written procedures closely
  • Maintain quality standards and contribute to a team-oriented work culture
  • Use hand tools and light equipment (e.g., wire crimpers, measuring devices)
  • Handle small hardware and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Maintain a clean and safe workstation

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools and handling small components
  • Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, and climb step ladders
  • Strong hand dexterity, good vision for inspections, and attention to detail
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and document work
  • Willingness to learn - entry-level candidates with basic assembly knowledge are welcome!
  • Steel-toed boots required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and background check
