Key Responsibilities
Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily activities
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Help participants engage in community activities
Build meaningful relationships with the individuals served
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Preferred Qualifications
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
