Join Crate & Barrel as a Floor Manager for Home Delivery, where you'll oversee daily operations at our Cranbury Distribution Center. Lead a team of delivery associates, manage inventory and service standards, and drive operational excellence to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of a Distribution Center to maximize productivity
Lead performance and development of Home Delivery associates
Manage carrier claims, in-home damage claims, and chargebacks
Oversee inventory management and returns compliance
Implement and monitor company home delivery service standards
Analyze and review performance with 3PL monthly
Interview and qualify carriers
Communicate performance and improvement plans to leadership
Manage and execute the monthly budget/P&L
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in Home Delivery
Minimum 3 years management experience in Distribution Center or Home Delivery
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management System
Computer skills, proficiency with Google applications, MS Word & Excel
Strong time management, organizational, planning skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
