Job Description
Join Staples as a Sales Account Developer in Healthcare, where you'll engage with customers to win back their business through strategic communication. This hybrid role combines remote outreach with essential on-site collaboration, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Engage customers who have significantly declined through phone, video, and/or digital correspondence to drive win-back/retention
Strategically analyze reasons for declines to target correct contacts and categories
Meet weekly and monthly win back targets and KPIs set by sales leadership
Consistently meet activity goals and daily metrics
Provide excellent service by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
Manage funnel & pipeline to closed stages
Leverage partnerships with internal teams to drive growth
Oversee pricing negotiations and influence pricing decisions
Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Support customer experience issues with internal teams
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
2+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or a sales support position
Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
