Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical caregiver health services primarily through telephonic and virtual means
Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements and PSJH policies
Manage and resolve incoming inquiries in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
1 year of experience as an RN in an acute or post-acute setting
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
1 year of experience in an Employee/Occupational Health setting
6 months of experience with computer databases and systems, such as Microsoft Office, Excel
