Key Responsibilities
Foster patient empowerment and provide information for healthcare choices
Assist in addressing patient/family/referring physician concerns pre and post procedure
Facilitate patient discharge and provide post-procedure education
Report patient progress and future needs to EP physicians and staff
Coordinate care with collaborating services for patient management
Review diagnostic imaging studies and lab values, notifying physicians of abnormal findings
Coordinate information among various healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Cardiac Care
Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Electrophysiology
