- Role: Registered Nurse – Inpatient Rehab
- Shift:
- Day Shift: 3×12-hour shifts per week
- Every 3rd weekend required
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (91 days)

🧠 Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of bedside clinical experience – Required
- BLS – Required prior to first shift
- ACLS – Required (for CIRH only)
- Strong assessment, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary communication skills
🏥 Job Description Highlights: - Deliver safe, quality nursing care in a rehabilitation hospital setting
- Perform assessments within 8 hours of admission and lead patient-centered care planning
- Initiate discharge planning on admission
- Act as patient educator , advocate, and support for families
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and new staff
- May assume charge nurse responsibilities after orientation
- Maintain cost-effective care while promoting quality outcomes
