As a Clinician II, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare in a collaborative clinic environment. You will engage in patient wellness activities and ensure effective clinical outcomes through leadership and coordination of care.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with physicians and staff to provide a continuum of care
Coordinate patient wellness and chronic illness activities
Act in a clinical leadership role to ensure positive clinical outcomes
Supervise daily activities of medical assistants
Provide feedback for annual performance evaluations of clinical staff
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
Licensed by State of New Mexico as a Registered Nurse
BLS Certification through American Heart Association
Knowledge of good business English, spelling, and arithmetic
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrates effective teaching techniques
Ability to coordinate educational materials for patients
Preferred Qualifications
BSN
One year of experience working as a nurse in a clinical setting
