Key Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process
• Administers medication and performs clinical treatments
• Documents patient care and monitors patient conditions
• Assists patients with daily living activities
• Collaborates with care team to coordinate patient care
• Evaluates patient and family learning needs and provides education
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients
• Participates in staff meetings and adheres to policies and procedures
