Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and maintain customers
  • Learn recruiting and staffing procedures for a store
  • Close lease agreements properly
  • Complete quality control calls on new lease agreements
  • Handle renewal activity
  • Monitor inventory movement
  • Facilitate and reconcile inventories weekly
  • Assist with return authorization
  • Safeguard company assets
  • Ensure accurate bank deposits
  • Maintain company vehicles
  • Train and develop store associates
  • Achieve growth and profit goals
  • Execute customer service programs and company policies
  • Provide a safe, clean environment for customers and associates
  • Ensure merchandise availability
  • Report financial measures accurately
  • Organize to meet or exceed financial goals
  • Meet published store operation hours
  • Certify, reclassify, and price returned merchandise

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of prior specialty retail management experience
  • Strong leadership skills

  • Licensure and Background requirements
