Key Responsibilities
Acquire and maintain customers
Learn recruiting and staffing procedures for a store
Close lease agreements properly
Complete quality control calls on new lease agreements
Handle renewal activity
Monitor inventory movement
Facilitate and reconcile inventories weekly
Assist with return authorization
Safeguard company assets
Ensure accurate bank deposits
Maintain company vehicles
Train and develop store associates
Achieve growth and profit goals
Execute customer service programs and company policies
Provide a safe, clean environment for customers and associates
Ensure merchandise availability
Report financial measures accurately

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of prior specialty retail management experience
