Licensed Practical Nurse – Mount Olive Center
📍 Location: Mount Olive, NC
💲 Pay Rate: $34.00 – $36.59/hour
🕒 Shifts: Night Shift

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Set realistic, measurable short- and long-term goals with patients and families to reduce hospital readmissions
- Administer medications and perform treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Delegate appropriate care tasks to nursing assistants and supervise implementation of interventions
- Maintain clear and timely communication across care teams and shifts

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
