Key Responsibilities
Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings
Continuously assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans
Educate patients and families on communication strategies and exercises
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain a safe treatment environment
Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development
Required Qualifications
Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
Speech Language Pathology experience (New Grads welcome)
Other certifications or licenses may be required
