ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Antigo, Wisconsin.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour day/night variable shifts
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week over 13-week contract
• Every other to every third weekend schedule
• Every other holiday rotation required
• Must be willing to float to multiple facilities including Merrill, Wausau, Medford, and Stanley
• Can be placed on call during low census hours with on-call pay
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Call back pay available when called back to facility
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license, BLS, ACLS
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry highly preferred
• Minimum 2+ years Med Surg experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Must demonstrate excellent assessment skills
• Work on 16-bed unit with nurse-to-patient ratios typically 4-5 on days, 5-6 on evenings, and 6-7 on nights
• Any color scrubs acceptable
• Must live outside 50-mile radius
• Associate Degree or Certificate required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
